How to get to Portoheli

Porto Heli is located 203 kilometres southwest of Athens. 

There are 3 alternative ways to reach Porto Heli from Athens’ International Airport – ''Eleftherios Venizelos''.

By car

To go to Porto Heli by car, you take the National Road from Athens to Corinth and after the Corinth Canal, you follow the signs to Epidaurus. From this point and onwards, the road is not a highway anymore but it is a rural road. This rural road is very scenic and goes to Porto Heli via Epidaurus and Kranidi. Follow the signs to Kranidi and Spetses and you will arrive to a roundabout where is the entrance of Porto Heli. The entire road trip takes 2,5 - 3 hours. Source: www.greeka.com

By hydrofoil

There are ferries to Porto Heli from Piraeus, the main port of Athens. These ferries depart frequently, about 4-5 times per day, and also connect Porto Heli with other destinations in the Saronic Gulf, such as Poros, Spetses, Hydra and Ermioni. The ferry trip from Piraeus to Porto Heli lasts about 2 hours. These ferries are hydrofoils, which means that they are speed boats that takes only passengers, no cars are allowed to board the ferry.  Source: www.greeka.com

By taxi

 Several taxi companies are able to offer private transport services in the whole of Greece.
